(willingness to relocate) **Position Type:** Full-time **Job Description** We are seeking an **Internal Auditor Intern** to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls through financial, operational, and compliance audits. This role contributes to strengthening organizational management, optimizing processes, and minimizing risks. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. * Minimum 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing. * Certification or coursework in Internal Auditing, Internal Control, or Risk Assessment is desirable. * Experience in risk identification, control evaluation, and process improvement. * Residence in Los Cabos or willingness to relocate. **Technical Knowledge** * International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). * Risk assessment and internal control. * Financial, operational, and compliance audits. * Preparation of technical audit reports and follow-up on corrective actions. **Responsibilities** * Plan and conduct internal audits. * Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. * Identify risks and deviations in accounting and administrative processes. * Prepare audit reports containing findings and recommendations. * Follow up on action plans and improvements. * Collaborate with audited departments and advise management. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Relocation support to Los Cabos.
