




We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized individual with administrative and accounting skills to support the management of the company's key processes. The candidate will be responsible for administrative, accounting, tax, and personnel control areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1. Tax Obligations:** * Tax Reconciliation * Accurately prepare federal, local, and payroll taxes. * Collaborate with the accounting firm and perform tax reconciliations. * Prepare and issue invoices **2. Office Operations:** * Keep services up to date (water, electricity, internet, etc.). * Coordinate facility maintenance. * Manage administrative procedures and client onboarding. * Control fixed asset inventory. * Coordinate courier services and maintain the administrative calendar. **3. Financial Control and Planning:** * Plan annual and monthly budgets. * Manage credit and collections. * Forecast expenses and analyze the Income Statement. **4. Personnel Administration:** * Attend to staff and manage employment documentation. * Process IMSS procedures and manage payroll, benefits, and vacations. * Monitor staff attendance and promote compliance with internal regulations. **5. Procurement:** * Manage purchases and obtain quotations. * Prepare comparative charts to select suppliers. * Review and optimize expenses, reducing unnecessary costs. * Prepare and manage the expenditure budget. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed degree (Bachelor’s or Technical) in related fields. * Minimum 2–8 years of experience in similar roles. * Highly organized **BENEFITS:** * **Salary:** $20,000 to $30,000 MXN per month.
