




Position: **Administrative Assistant (Part-Time), 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (4 hours per day) Branch: Tagers Angelopolis, Puebla Position Purpose: Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager by entering, organizing, and tracking operational information—such as invoices—to reduce the manager’s administrative workload, enabling greater focus on customer service, team management, and goal achievement. Key Responsibilities: Enter daily and/or weekly orders into the system. Track suppliers (deliveries, returns, and shortages). Monitor staff attendance and schedules (including incidents). Assist with inventory management. Organize documents and prepare reports. Provide general support to ensure operational compliance. Manage the manager’s calendar and reminders. Assist with the invoice portal.
