We seek a **Housekeeping Manager** to lead the housekeeping department and ensure high standards of cleanliness and order. This role is critical to the residence’s daily operations and requires an individual with **leadership, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset**. This position will be responsible for coordinating housekeeping staff, laundry staff, and cleaning personnel. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the team of **housekeepers, laundry staff, and custodial staff**. * Ensure standards of **cleanliness, order, and hygiene** in suites and common areas. * Implement and supervise **cleaning protocols and routines**. * Coordinate the management of **linens, laundry services, and amenities**. * Manage inventories of cleaning supplies and materials. * Train and develop staff to maintain consistent service standards. * Collaborate with **maintenance, nursing, and operations departments**. * Oversee suite preparation for **new resident admissions** and suite turnover upon resident departures. * Ensure respectful and caring treatment of residents, emphasizing courteous interaction. **Profile** We seek an organized, leadership-capable individual with strong attention to detail and experience supervising operational teams. **Requirements:** * **3 to 5 years’ experience in housekeeping**. * Experience as a **Housekeeping Manager, Cleaning Supervisor, or Head Housekeeper**. * Preferred experience in **hotels, hospitals, or senior living residences**. * Experience leading work teams. * Knowledge of cleaning protocols and linen management. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Service orientation and respectful interaction with older adults. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Opportunity to join a **new project with strong growth potential** * A professional environment focused on service and quality of life * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements If you are interested in joining the Quintazur team, please attach your CV and our team will contact you.
