Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to support the implementation of administrative improvements and conduct financial analysis, budget monitoring, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support in administrative processes and monitoring of operational programs.
2. Preparation of budgetary reports and financial analysis.
3. Identification of trends, risks, and opportunities for financial improvement.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience
* 3 or more years of professional experience in the described functions and position.
* In NGOs or Civil Associations (IAP).
Responsibilities
* Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital files of the Subdirectorate.
* Support the implementation of improvements to the area's administrative processes.
* Monitor the Annual Operational Program (POA) and the approved budget, periodically reporting deviations and progress.
* Prepare budget progress reports, variance analyses, and expenditure projections by budget line and project.
* Support the development of the Annual Budget Proposal based on area data.
* Conduct financial statement analysis: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
* Analyze actual vs. budgeted results and actual vs. prior-period results.
* Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Contract Type: Fee-based services. Must possess an official fee receipt.
Duration: 6 months
