Focus on continuous improvement and effective communication with the team **ADS**, a leading company providing Information Technology Services, invites you to join its team! ***Position Title: ATM Account Manager*** ***Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00*** ***Salary:****$25,000 MXN per month (gross)*** ***Main Job Responsibilities:*** * Supervise and ensure work is executed within the agreed timeline, budget, and specifications defined with the client. * Analyze and assess client needs to ensure alignment with project scope at all times. * Demonstrate leadership by coordinating activities that ensure correct tasks are performed at the appropriate time, fostering a work environment built on trust, open and honest communication, cooperation, and professionalism. * Manage project resources (including teams and personnel). * Manage project risks. * Issue clarifications regarding branch SLAs. * Coordinate and maintain excellent communication across the entire team, especially with the help desk coordination and supervision, to establish action plans when necessary. * Ensure continuous improvement of the project. * Participate in operational and executive meetings, consistently analyzing monthly results and ensuring continuous improvement (follow-up on meeting minutes). ***Knowledge Requirements:*** * Advanced English, Microsoft Project, Office Suite, Advanced Excel (mandatory), Advanced PowerPoint (mandatory), Outlook, Teams, experience using service desk platforms, experience in IT projects (banking sector). ***Competencies:*** * IT governance, risk management, project management (SCRUM/PMI), ITIL processes, team leadership.
