Requirements: * Academic background in **Administration, Psychology, Human Relations, Accounting or related fields**. * Demonstrable experience in **coordinating personnel and human resources**. * Experience in **mass and remote recruitment and selection**, including use of diverse sourcing channels and attraction strategies. * Solid knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law** and labor processes (hiring, termination, contracts, severance payments). * Management of **operational staff**, attendance tracking and incident handling. * Ability to work under pressure and handle **urgent operational situations**. * Results-oriented approach, timely follow-up, and commitment to achieving customer objectives.
