Responsible for managing the department’s human, technical, and material resources by developing, implementing, and controlling preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance programs in accordance with budgetary control. **Requirements:** * Electromechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related degree. * Personnel management experience. * Proactive attitude. * Teamwork and leadership skills. * Prior experience in this position (preferably in the hospitality industry).
