Coordination with multiple branches Human Resources Coordinator Restaurant Sector – Expanding Group (4 branches) Buffet-style restaurant group operating at Plaza Mundo E and Parques Tepeyac, with upcoming openings at Encuentro Fortuna and Plaza Arco Norte, seeks: Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities: * Mass recruitment of operational staff * Posting and administration of job vacancies * Interviews and reference verification * Personnel file compilation * Incident tracking and reporting * Coordination with branch managers * Monitoring of employee onboarding and offboarding Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in operational HR * Experience in the restaurant or retail sector * Proficiency in Excel * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS We offer: * Monthly salary of $20,000 to $25,000, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Involvement in new openings On-site work with mobility between branches.
