(near the cloverleaf interchange). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, or related field (completed). * Minimum 4 years’ experience as HR Coordinator or in a similar role. * Proficiency in HR technology tools, such as payroll systems, recruitment platforms, etc. * Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. * Ability to identify staffing needs, source and evaluate candidates, and select the most suitable individuals for each position. * Experience in personnel management. **Responsibilities:** * Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. * Identify staffing needs. * Conduct candidate screening and interviews according to job profiles. * Manage hiring processes. * Maintain employee records (attendance, equal employment opportunity data, etc.) in compliance with company policy and legal requirements. * Manage workplace climate. * Recruit for administrative positions and operational staff. * Coordinate with the company’s legal department regarding employee onboarding and offboarding, review INFONAVIT procedures, and prepare weekly or biweekly payroll. * Handle personnel administrative processes.
