Opportunity for development and continuous learning **Company**: Dieck Capital **Location**: San Pedro Garza García, N.L. **Position Type:** Full-time At Dieck Capital, we are seeking an organized, analytical individual with a strong sense of responsibility to join our team as Administrative Coordinator—a key role for the financial and administrative control of our various business lines. **Position Objective** Coordinate and execute the company’s administrative and financial activities, ensuring proper management of bank accounts, Excel-based line-of-business tracking, billing, equalization payments, payroll, and taxes. **Responsibilities** \- Administration and control of bank accounts. \- Tracking of income, expenses, and reconciliations. \- Preparation and control of Excel files by business line. \- Recording and tracking of financial transactions. \- Requesting, validating, and safeguarding invoices. \- Scheduling and processing of equalization payments. \- Supporting payroll processing and tax payments. \- Coordination with internal or external accounting. **Candidate Profile** \- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. \- Prior experience in administrative/financial functions. \- Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. \- High level of organization and attention to detail. \- Confidentiality and accountability. \- Ability to manage multiple business lines. **We Offer** \- Job stability. \- Professional and collaborative work environment. \- Opportunity for development and continuous learning.
