Join EEEISA at Ozumba Plant! **Position:** Electrical and Electronic Maintenance Supervisor **Location:** Federal Highway Mexico–Cuautla km 41\.5, Ozumba de Alzate, State of Mexico **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and additional benefits (grocery vouchers, savings fund, among others) * Opportunity for professional development in a leading manufacturer of tinplate packaging **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation of equipment and machinery through the implementation of electrical and electronic maintenance programs, efficiently managing assigned human and material resources, complying with safety regulations and organizational procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage human and material resources in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Advise technical staff in diagnosing and resolving electrical and electronic failures. * Supervise compliance with safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment. * Verify the operational status of plant machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. * Monitor and report electrical energy consumption across different stations. * Manage spare parts, tools, and materials required for job execution. * Develop continuous improvement projects focused on energy efficiency and process optimization. * Coordinate and follow up on scheduled maintenance according to the established plan. * Promote order, cleanliness, and the application of the 5’s methodology within the area. **Requirements** * **Education:** Engineering degree (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related) * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in electrical installations as Project Leader, Maintenance Supervisor or similar role * **Technical Skills:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance programs * Industrial electricity and electronics * Blueprint interpretation * Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) * KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5’s) * Management of human and material resources Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site
