Your primary objective will be to secure the specialized talent required by our operations, ensuring quality at every stage of the hiring process. Key responsibilities End-to-end management of specialized vacancies for the healthcare sector. Conducting pre-selection interviews and competency-based assessments. Proactive administration of diverse job boards and recruitment sources. Technical application and interpretation of psychometric tests. Tracking onboarding processes, including medical examinations and hiring. Managing and delivering corporate credentials to selected personnel. Active collaboration in continuous improvement projects under our Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, and Safety). Desired profile Academic background: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field (Professional Title and Professional License mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment and personnel selection. Specialization: Prior experience in the hospital or pharmaceutical sector is essential. Competencies: Results-oriented mindset, collaborative teamwork, and strategic vision of talent. Compensation and benefits Monthly salary: Range of $18,000 to $25,000 depending on qualifications. Compensation structure: Mixed scheme. Additional benefits: Subsidized cafeteria service and on-site parking. Location: Cuajimalpa – Santa Fe area (availability for 100% on-site work mode required).
