Job Summary: We are seeking responsible Grocery Store Operators to support the daily operations of our branches, providing customer service, operating cash registers, and handling merchandise. Support in inventory control and merchandise handling At **Felz**, a growing chain of convenience stores, we are looking for **Store Operators** to join our team and support the daily operations of our branches. The person in this position will be responsible for providing customer service, operating cash registers, assisting with merchandise handling, and collaborating on operational tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the store. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service and assistance inside the store * Product payment processing and cashier operations * Receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise * Supporting inventory control * Preparing and recording merchandise orders * Preparing and submitting store operational reports * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper product display * Assisting with in-store services (e.g., mobile top-ups, bill payments, etc.) We seek responsible individuals with a strong service-oriented attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
