Position Summary: NPH Mexico seeks a Social Worker with experience working with vulnerable populations to provide comprehensive follow-up for children and adolescents (NNAJ) and accompany processes of reintegration and family reunification. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive social follow-up for children and adolescents (NNAJ) and support for family reunification. 2. Preparation of sociofamilial assessments and social reports. 3. Coordination with authorities to restore rights. Responsibilities · Comprehensive social follow-up for children and adolescents (NNAJ). · Preparation of sociofamilial assessments. · Family interviews and home visits. · File compilation and updating. · Contact and follow-up with families. · Social reports and life histories. · Coordination with DIF and relevant authorities. · Assessment for family reintegration. · Post-discharge follow-up. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (degree certificate and professional license required). · Minimum two years of experience working with vulnerable populations. · Institutional or residential experience. · Knowledge of legal processes concerning children and adolescents (NNAJ). · Prior experience in family reunification is desirable.
