Responsibilities: Payroll calculation and processing (weekly/bi-weekly). Calculation of severance payments and settlements. Handling of employment incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.). Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS. Control and archiving of labor documentation. Compliance with labor and tax obligations related to payroll. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. We Offer Salary: $15,000 gross monthly. Statutory benefits from day one.
