




**A construction-sector company located in Coyoacán, Mexico City, specializing in the execution and administration of construction projects, is seeking:** **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR** Position Purpose: To coordinate and execute operational Human Resources processes on construction sites and at the corporate level, ensuring proper personnel administration, incident and payroll control, timely recruitment, and legal compliance—serving as direct support to the Human Resources Manager to guarantee operational continuity of the company’s projects. Job Offer: * **Monthly salary:** $22,000 net * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Location:** Coyoacán, Mexico City * **Reports to:** Human Resources Manager * **Team supervised:** Payroll clerks on construction sites across various states **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. **Experience:** * 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within construction companies or organizations with operational staff distributed across multiple locations. * Experience in recruiting and selecting operational and administrative personnel. * Coordination of attendance/incident tracking, pre-payroll, and payroll processing. * Management of employee registration, termination, and modification procedures with IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Prior supervisory experience (e.g., payroll clerks or assistants) is desirable. * Willingness to travel occasionally to construction sites. **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Attendance and incident tracking, and construction-site reporting. * Labor file administration. * Hiring processes and workforce management per construction site. * Knowledge of current labor regulations. * Support in implementing NOM-035. * Preparation of operational and personnel reports. * Standardization of HR processes and templates. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the national team of construction-site payroll clerks. * Validate weekly attendance records, incident reports, and other data for pre-payroll preparation. * Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Prepare, compile, and maintain up-to-date labor files. * Support the HR Manager in validating and reviewing payroll. * Supervise employee registration, termination, and modification procedures with IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Manage hiring, personnel movements, and workforce planning per construction site. * Implement and monitor HR processes across all construction sites. * Prepare weekly and monthly personnel, turnover, and absenteeism reports. * Manage uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), and site access documentation. * Follow up on disciplinary procedures and administrative records. * Coordinate onboarding inductions for new hires. * Supervise employment contracts, renewals, and validity periods. * Support implementation and monitoring of NOM-035. * Analyze turnover and absenteeism metrics to identify root causes. * Address urgent staffing needs on construction sites. * Maintain ongoing communication with site managers and superintendents. * Support internal and external HR audits. * Standardize departmental forms, checklists, and procedures. * Serve as the operational liaison between the HR Management team and payroll clerks.
