We are currently looking for talented individuals for the following position:** ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Responsibilities: * Process authorized internal and external payments. * Organize payments and daily tasks. * Perform bank reconciliations related to deposits. Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting. * Intermediate-level proficiency in the SAT platform. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. Responsibilities: * Accounting records for income and expenses. * Invoice validation. * Tracking of expense invoices. * Provision recording. * Monthly and annual tax filings. * Basic knowledge of Income Tax Law (LISR). * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Experience with bank reconciliations. * Up-to-date on accounting regulations and requirements. * Invoicing (4.0) * DIOT * Proficiency with the SAT portal. Availability to rotate shifts: * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM * 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Work schedule from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.
