Tackle exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.** **Job Mission: Ensure the implementation of profitable development projects, coordinating from project conception through infrastructure construction and capitalization.** **Your Impact:** As a **Development Manager**, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities: * Oversee and ensure the development of Projects and Construction of gas pipelines, guaranteeing compliance with Mexican Official Standards as well as ENGIE’s internal policies and procedures, to achieve development under required time, quality, and safety conditions for subsequent commissioning. * Conduct all administrative procedures and maintain relationships with federal, state, municipal, and private entities, with the primary objective of obtaining permits necessary for developing and executing activities required to build, operate, and maintain the Regional distribution system; provide technical advisory support for projects to be carried out; and strengthen the company’s image with the aforementioned entities. * Manage customer complaints at the construction, sales, and installation levels, channeling complaints to respective departments for resolution and monitoring execution to increase customer satisfaction. * Evaluate and deliver profitable projects by reviewing optimal cost-benefit ratios and meeting the minimum internal rate of return of 14.2%, ensuring profitability for both the company and the customer. * Assign, administer, and supervise contractor activities through oversight and administrative controls to ensure work quality and proper resource allocation. * Conduct technical evaluations of tenders, assessing bidders’ backgrounds, operational capacity, and experience, and engage third parties for infrastructure construction. * Ensure appropriate contractual frameworks for third-party services by participating in negotiations and coordinating and tracking contract development; establish conditions and penalties to guarantee work quality. **Requirements:** To join our team as a **Development Manager**, we seek: * **Education and Experience: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree.** * **2 years as a manager or 4 years in supervisory roles.** * **Technical Skills: Civil works, Marketing** * **Key Competencies:** Leadership, decision-making, planning and organization, delegation, problem analysis, proactivity, oral communication * **Languages: Intermediate English** * **What Will Set You Apart: Proactivity, communication.** **Join Us and Be Part of the Century’s Adventure!** If you’re ready to tackle exciting challenges and build a career that reflects who you are, we look forward to your application! **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:** At ENGIE, we foster an environment where you feel free to give your best.
