




Job Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to identify, acquire, and retain clients by presenting engineering solutions and closing agreements through effective communication and proactivity. We are looking for talent like yours for the position of: **Corporate Sales Executive.** *Responsibilities:* \*Ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects, addressing project-related needs, requests, or inquiries to close sales of our offered services (installation and design). *Main Activities:* \*Identify and acquire new customers through marketing techniques. \*Create and establish a network of contacts. \*Attend networking events. \*Present proposals and solutions to close agreements with new clients. \*Negotiate and maintain constant communication with clients to ensure service sales. \*Develop and maintain business relationships. \*Submit sales performance reports. \*On-site presentations to conduct site surveys (with engineer support). *Attitudes and Competencies:* \-Effective communication \-Self-taught. \-Time management/organization \-Problem solving. \-Responsibility. \-Critical and rational thinking. \-Persuasiveness. \-Proactiveness. \-Loyalty. *Requirements:* \-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Commerce or related field \-Professional license (desirable) \-AutoCAD (minimum 1 year of experience). \-Blueprint interpretation. \-Basic knowledge of specialized installations preferred (preferably CCTV, audio & video, domotics, voice & data, lighting systems). \-Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales executive \-Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. \-Passion for sales. \-Willingness to travel to CDMX, State of Mexico, and other states. \-Commission-based pay...
