Description
Law Internship WE OFFER: • Salary: $10,000 MXN per month • Statutory benefits • Productivity and quarterly performance bonuses • Ongoing training in legal and administrative areas • Opportunity to fulfill professional practice requirements or social service obligations • Potential for growth within the legal department • Mentorship and guidance from specialized attorneys • Hybrid work modality: in-office days and remote work according to workload • Weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays) • Morning or afternoon shift • Professional and supportive work environment REQUIREMENTS: • Residency in Mexico City or the Metropolitan Area • Age between 22 and 35 years • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Law program • Basic–intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent spelling and legal writing skills • Ability to analyze laws, regulations, codes, and case law • Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and responsibility in task management • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively • Capability to handle confidential information • Strong communication skills and professional interaction with internal and external clients • Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts • Preferred (not mandatory): basic knowledge of administrative or judicial procedures RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, official letters, and simple legal writings • Legal research and analysis of legal criteria, statutes, case law, and regulations • Managing, organizing, and digitizing case files • Monitoring legal and administrative procedures • Recording and updating the legal department’s databases • Assisting in drafting legal opinions, reports, and meeting minutes • Receiving and routing clients, suppliers, and government authorities • Supporting coordination of appointments, schedules, and legal department activities • Performing administrative tasks related to the legal department
