Culinary experience preferred A Mexican cuisine restaurant located at Mercado Santa Cruz Atoyac (Benito Juárez delegation) is seeking a kitchen assistant to support food production and plating. Schedule: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (flexible). Job Responsibilities: assist in preparing breakfast items (eggs, chilaquiles, etc.), main meals (soups, broths, rice, spaghetti, stews, etc.), sauces, and serving these foods. Requirements: culinary experience, good personal appearance, punctuality, service-oriented attitude, and ability to work in a team. We offer: immediate hiring, two meals per day, beverages, one flexible weekday day off, weekly tip distribution ($300 \- $400 approx.), weekly payment every Sunday.
