**Full Job Description:** GENERAL ASSISTANT/ MAINTENANCE/CLEANING **Education:** Completed secondary school **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in cleaning activities and as a general assistant and maintenance worker. Basic experience in maintenance tasks **Responsibilities:** * Preventive maintenance in common areas of the property, stairs, hallways, restrooms, parking lot. * Basic electrical, plumbing, and sanitary repairs and maintenance. * Painting, metalwork, drywall, and furniture maintenance. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary school * Experience in general building maintenance. * Knowledge of basic electricity, plumbing, metalwork, painting, drywall. Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm; Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm.
