Reporting to the Store Manager, the selected candidate must deliver excellent and personalized service to customers, helping to create the BIMBA Y LOLA experience and becoming the brand’s primary ambassador, while performing the following responsibilities: * Providing comprehensive customer service throughout the entire customer journey—from store entry to final sale—addressing all requests and complaints. * Stock counting and control, organizing deliveries, and maintaining warehouse operations. * Organizing products in-store, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, and collaborating on visual updates and window display changes. * Maintaining ongoing communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager.
