* Perform all scheduled service at the client’s facility within the established timeframe * Monitor daily consumables usage and communicate it to sales representatives. * Conduct physico-chemical analyses * Responsible for cleaning and performing minor maintenance on equipment and assets. * Monitor chemical inventory/stock levels to prevent stockouts. * Inspect all equipment daily/weekly to ensure no issues exist. * Monitor field equipment calibration. * Provide all reports to clients in the appropriate/standard format in a timely manner. * Perform administrative tasks supporting product quality management. * Conduct laboratory tests and accompany customer field tests to validate product performance, with the objective of maintaining and/or gaining accounts. * Conduct necessary communications with the client regarding inventory, testing, and equipment.
