Job Description We are looking for a charismatic person who is comfortable in front of the camera to participate in short real estate promotional videos. The main task will be to clearly, attractively, and professionally present properties (houses, apartments, land) for vertical video platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels). Responsibilities * Present and describe properties on camera, highlighting their features and benefits. * Communicate clearly, naturally, and professionally. * Work with short scripts or improvise as directed by the creative team. * Attend recording sessions at various locations (city/region specified upon application). * Collaborate with the team to review footage and improve presentations. Requirements * Comfortable and confident in front of the camera with strong verbal communication skills. * Good diction and ability to convey ideas naturally. * Punctuality and commitment to scheduled recording dates. * Availability to travel to filming locations according to the shooting schedule. * Prior experience is not essential; experience with social media, content creation, or video presentation will be valued.
