Opportunity to identify business opportunities BID SPECIALIST Our organization seeks a Bid Specialist with solid experience in bidding processes and contract management with the government sector. This position will be critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, the competitiveness of our proposals, and the mitigation of legal and administrative risks in public projects. **REQUIREMENTS** Age: 30 to 45 years old Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, or related field Proven experience in pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, or medical supplies bidding — minimum 3 years. Proficiency in the Compras portal Experience with digital bidding platforms Basic knowledge of LAASP Proposal preparation and assembly Monitoring of award decisions Contract formalization and surety bond processing Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity and ability to work under pressure while meeting objectives. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Identify business opportunities by reviewing tender notices and bidding documents. · Coordinate the collection of information and documentation required for proposal preparation. · Prepare and review technical, financial, and legal documentation required in bidding processes. · Ensure adherence to deadlines and requirements established in each process. · Monitor submitted proposals. · Maintain communication with procuring entities through periodic visits. · Analyze tender outcomes (awards) and propose process improvements. · Participate in clarification meetings, administrative proceedings, and public tender award decisions. · Follow up on formalization of awarded government contracts, performance bonds, and guarantees. · Monitor registration and renewal in supplier registries of states where we operate. **COMPETENCIES** · Analytical ability · Organization · Attention to detail · Written communication · Working under pressure · Sense of urgency · Initiative · Teamwork · Excellent spelling · Prioritization of tasks **WE OFFER** Competitive salary based on experience Statutory benefits Professional growth Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs **LOCATION** We are located very close to Perisur Position type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
