Experience: Minimum 2 years (preferred). Software: Microsoft Office Employment Type: Full-time Knowledge: \- Preparation of detailed budgets, including integration of technical-economic budgets for tenders \- Maintenance of statistical cost records, analysis of project profitability, and review of technical and economic viability. \- Creation and review of work item catalogs detailing tasks to be performed. \- Ability to negotiate pricing precisely with suppliers and subcontractors. \- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to construction, especially public works. \- Proficiency in specialized software such as Opus and AutoCAD, as well as advanced Excel skills. \- Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications for accurate budget preparation. \- Conducting client estimations and monitoring timelines, payments, and project financing. \- Managing construction document control and startup folders, ensuring proper archiving and on-site backup. \- Requesting and tracking material purchases while controlling assigned expenses per activity or purchase.
