We are currently seeking: **TENDER ANALYST (NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL)** **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 10 years’ experience analyzing and compiling public and private tenders * Preparation and monitoring of client estimates for public works projects * Knowledge of the Public Works Law and regulations governing public and private tenders in Mexico * Preferably proficient in unit pricing and construction budgeting, as well as financial planning (sales and cost) * Proficiency in using the Compranet portal * Flexible availability regarding working hours **Responsibilities:** · Experience preparing technical proposals for Mexican government agencies: SICT, BANOBRAS, CONAGUA, etc. · Experience preparing technical proposals for international institutions: IDB, CABEI, CAF, etc. · Experience (desirable) preparing comprehensive economic proposals via NEODATA/OPUS · In-depth knowledge of the Public Works Law · Professional-level proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Visio, Neodata, and Project. **We Offer:** Competitive salary + statutory benefits Direct employment with the company Interested candidates meeting the above profile should apply through this channel.
