Position Summary: We are seeking an Earthwork Site Resident to supervise, coordinate, and manage construction projects, ensuring goal achievement and compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for supervision and coordination of earthwork projects. 2. Management of machinery, personnel, and materials for project execution. 3. Direct interaction with clients and suppliers. INATERRA, S.A. DE C.V. Mexican construction company, expanding its operations, is seeking: Earthwork Site Resident Requirements: Education: Civil Engineer/Architect – Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience: 3 years in a similar position. Responsibilities: Site supervision; preparation and tracking of cost estimates; management of required machinery and equipment for proper operation; delivery and enforcement of safety regulations among personnel; ensuring availability of materials for project execution; preparation of site-generated documentation; requesting and preparing quotations; administrative tasks; use of platforms (AutoCAD, CivilCAD, Neodata); proficiency in Office software; site-specific activities; control of site hoists; internal and external purchase orders; review of Earthwork Movement Reports; client service. Activities: Coordinate on-site progress Review field measurements Receive materials and verify machinery functionality Supervise labor and machinery to achieve optimal productivity Prepare reports Review Earthwork Movement Reports Direct client interaction. Skills: Decision-making; planning and coordination; personnel management; client relations; supplier relations. Position Objective: To manage project progress to meet earthwork goals. TRAVEL THROUGHOUT THE MEXICAN REPUBLIC IS MANDATORY. We offer: Competitive salary based on qualifications, statutory benefits. Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: Weekly payment of $5,000.00 to $5,500.00 Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $5,000.00 – $5,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
