Key position in food quality assurance Ingreditech S de RL de CV, a leading company in the sale of food additives and ingredients, is looking for: **QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST** *Requirements:* * Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, or related degree (intern or graduate) * Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position. * Knowledge of: NOM-251-SSA1-2009, NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-2010, HACCP. * Age: 25-35 years * Gender: Unrestricted. *Responsibilities:* * Verification of GMP compliance across the entire plant. * Verification of the production process. * Release of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products; or their retention when applicable. * Verification of GHP compliance. * Release of production lines and production areas. *We Offer:* * Gross monthly salary: $16,000. * Biweekly payments. * Attendance bonus added to the salary. * Working hours: Monday–Friday (7 a.m.–5 p.m.) * WORK LOCATION: IZTAPALAPA, 10 MINUTES FROM METRO PERIFÉRICO ORIENTE, LINE 12 Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
