**REQUIREMENTS:** * IMA, IME, IMTC, ARQ, IC or related field * 3 years of experience * Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) * Knowledge of electricity (low voltage) * Basic/Intermediate English (desirable) * **Immediate availability.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Lead project design according to client requirements and specifications. \- Actively collaborate with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with applicable standards and regulations. \- Prepare detailed quotations, evaluating material costs, labor, and other resources required for project execution. \- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, assessing proposals and ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. \- Plan and coordinate all project activities, developing schedules and ensuring timely delivery. \- Supervise project installation and commissioning, when required, ensuring execution in accordance with design and established standards. \- Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety and quality. \- Maintain proactive and assertive communication with all stakeholders, reporting progress and addressing potential issues. **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits Grocery vouchers Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Type: Permanent Pay: $25,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
