Responsible for generator integration and estimations **Position: Construction Quantity Surveyor** **Location:** Mexico City **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Construction Quantity Surveyor** responsible for preparing, quantifying, and controlling executed construction volumes, ensuring proper generator integration for estimations and cost control. You will collaborate closely with site managers, supervisors, and the administrative department to guarantee data accuracy and compliance of physical progress against the schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of **construction generators** (executed volumes). * Quantification of items based on drawings and fieldwork. * Integration of **estimations** for billing. * Review of physical progress versus construction schedule. * Control and monitoring of **piecework**. * Preparation of progress reports. * Support in cost and budget control. * Management of item catalogs. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in **Neodata, OPUS, or Advanced Excel**. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Knowledge of construction processes. * Proactivity and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Positive work environment.
