





**Objective:** Responsible for connecting and aligning communication between all internal areas of the company and key external audiences, ensuring consistency, clarity, and coherence in the organization's narrative. Acts as a strategic link between different departments (innovation, operations, product, talent, marketing, and management), translating technical or institutional information into clear, visual, and effective storytelling messages that inspire and strengthen organizational culture. **Knowledge in:** * Education: University degree. * **English: Intermediate\-Advanced** * Figma, Illustrator, Canva, etc * Storytelling and creative writing * Digital communication and professional networks (LinkedIn, website, newsroom) * Strategic internal and external communication * 4 years of experience. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement internal communication strategies to ensure all departments are informed about projects, achievements, and institutional objectives. * Define and manage institutional communication with media, clients, strategic partners, and the FinTech community. * Transform complex information into visual, engaging, and understandable messages for diverse audiences. * Maintain constant coordination with innovation, operations, product, talent, marketing, and management teams. * Support communication efforts for strategic initiatives or digital transformation projects carried out by the company. * Define and maintain the tone, style, and consistency of institutional communication. **We offer:** · Monday to Friday work schedule · Hours: 9:00 am \- 7:00 pm · Two-hour lunch break · On-site work mode in Tlalpan. · Base salary.
