




**Ecological Park Chipinque, located in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, is seeking:** **Sales Advisor – Customer Service** Job Mission: Proactively drive the commercial management of Ecological Park Chipinque by delivering courteous and efficient service to visitors at offices; selling souvenirs aligned with the park’s mission; promptly following up on prospects; supporting event organization; performing basic inventory control; and conducting simple data analysis—thereby contributing to achieving sales targets, ensuring a positive visitor experience, and strengthening the culture of respect for and conservation of nature. General Information: This position reports to the Marketing Management team. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree (in administrative, commercial, marketing, or related fields) * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license * Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday * Basic analytical skills (handling information and metrics) * Service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills * Organizational skills and timely follow-up * Flexible working hours Knowledge and Skills Functions or Responsibilities: * Follow up on prospects and potential customers. * Provide customer attention and support with a service-oriented attitude. * Support logistical organization of events and activations. * Prepare simple profitability and commercial metric reports. * Assist with inventory control and stocktaking. * Coordinate activities with suppliers or internal departments as required. * Prepare periodic performance reports. * Update and maintain prospect and customer databases. * Monitor progress of assigned events or activities. * Ensure promotional materials and sales tools are available and up to date. * Support customer service during events or special visits. * Actively collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper execution of events.
