Job Responsibilities: Responsible for collecting, understanding, translating, transmitting, managing, and archiving customer information. Responsible for monitoring and controlling the confidentiality of all customer information. Establishes and maintains internal and external communication platforms, as well as related information windows. Transmits, consolidates, and analyzes customer satisfaction surveys, promptly communicating key information to relevant departments. Actively collaborates in tracking and resolving major complaints, ensuring customer data is accurate, confidential, and timely managed. Assists the Sales Department Assistant Manager with matters related to the area.
