Head of the Accounting Department **◎ Purpose of the Position** To lead, control, and optimize the **accounting, financial, and tax management** of **CORP. Gómez Casarrubias** and all companies comprising it, ensuring **regulatory compliance**, **financial stability**, **liquidity**, **administrative order**, and **strategic support** for decision-making by the **General Management**. **◉ Position Profile (MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS)** Applications failing to meet these requirements will not be considered. **1\.\- Mandatory Academic Qualification** Completed and certified bachelor's degree in: * **Public Accounting** *(mandatory)* * Finance * Administration **with a finance specialization** Profiles from **other unrelated disciplines will NOT be considered**. **2\.\- Minimum Professional Experience** **Minimum 6 years** of verifiable experience in: * General accounting * Corporate finance * Mexican taxation **Minimum 4 years** in **executive, deputy executive, or senior management positions**. **Mandatory experience** in: * Corporate groups or holding companies * Managing **multiple legal entities** * Cash flow management **3\.\- Mandatory Technical Knowledge** * Financial and tax accounting * Consolidated financial statements * Tax planning * Cash flow control * CFDI, ISR, IVA * SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT * Internal control and audits **4\.\- Position Profile (NON-OPERATIONAL)** * **Executive-level position**. * **Not an operational or daily execution role.** * Requires **strategic, analytical, and control-oriented vision**. **5\.\- Key Competencies** * High level of ethics and confidentiality * Decision-making ability * Strong leadership * Direct communication with General Management * Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of information **6\.\- Position Conditions** * Position type: **Executive / Trust-based** * Availability for executive working hours * Work modality: On-site / Hybrid * Compensation commensurate with executive level Position type: Full-time, with probationary period Contract duration: 12 months Salary: $15,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
