Shop floor manufacturing supervision (lathe, milling, assembly, CNC). **Job Description** We are seeking a Junior Engineer focused on mechanical design and manufacturing, who will participate in the reengineering of machinable parts, generation of production drawings, and process optimization. This position is ideal for recent graduates with solid foundations in design and manufacturing knowledge, seeking professional development in a practical environment. **Responsibilities** \- Product reengineering \- 3D modeling and creation of manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks \- Generation and updating of technical documentation (BOM, engineering changes) \- Shop floor manufacturing supervision (lathe, milling, assembly, CNC) **Requirements** \- Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; recent graduates. \- Proficiency in SolidWorks CSWA / CSWP \- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings \- Basic knowledge of machining processes (lathe, milling) \- Preferred: academic experience or projects in mechanical design or manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
