Develop strategy and logistics to ensure timely and proper project completion using available material and human resources, achieving full customer satisfaction. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Industrial Engineering degree * Software Skills: SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, SolidWorks, Illustrator, CNC, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keyshot, and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite * General knowledge of carpentry, technical specification drafting, blueprint interpretation, and materials science (wood, derivatives, and hardware) * Experience: 3 years of experience in project development and planning, resource management, review of inputs required for project development, on-site personnel supervision, and implementation of strategies to successfully complete assigned projects. * Personnel under supervision * Skills: personnel management, responsibility, results-oriented, proactive and creative, innovative, leadership, assertive communication, planning. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross base salary of 20,000 * Biweekly payroll payment * Direct employment contract with the company * Full statutory benefits from day one * Working schedule: Monday to Friday Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Wednesday and Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * Company-issued mobile phone Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Diagnostic report preparation: 2 years (Preferred) * Carpentry finishing: 2 years (Preferred) * Industrial safety: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
