




**GRAPHIC, WEB AND MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER (JUNIOR/INTERN)** **General Objective:** Ensure visual excellence and consistency across all channels (digital, multimedia, and print) through strategic graphic content design, web identity management, and multimedia production, directly contributing to the positioning, credibility, and effective communication of clinic services. **Specific Objectives:** · **Ensure Graphic Consistency:** Achieve **100% alignment** of all graphic materials (digital, printed, and multimedia) with the clinic's brand identity guidelines, ensuring each piece reinforces a professional and cohesive brand image. · **Optimization of digital and social content:** Create graphics and videos for social media aligned with marketing department objectives, effectively supporting the growth of the clinic’s digital community. · **Maintenance of web functionality:** Ensure website visual elements are optimized in size and format, enabling efficient loading and smooth navigation to improve user experience (UX) on the digital platform. · **Production of high-quality promotional material:** Design and deliver visual materials (POP, *flyers*, presentations) on time for offline campaigns and internal events, ensuring compliance with required quality standards for printing or distribution. · **Efficient asset management:** Implement an organized system for archiving and managing graphic and multimedia resources (image library, source files), facilitating quick access and consistent use by the team. · **Visual innovation proposals:** Research and incorporate, at least once a month, new design trends or techniques relevant to the health and wellness sector, ensuring the clinic’s visual communication remains up-to-date and modern. **Knowledge Requirements:** · **Professional Graphic Design:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite is required, with essential skills in **Adobe Illustrator**, **Photoshop**, and **InDesign**. Candidates must understand how to prepare final artwork with technical specifications for printing and correctly apply Visual Identity Manuals. · **Web, Digital, and UI/UX Design:** Intermediate knowledge of **prototyping and interface design tools** such as **Figma** or Adobe XD is necessary. Candidates should have expertise in **image and graphic resource optimization** to ensure efficiency on websites and mobile platforms. Experience or familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like **WordPress** or visual page builders is desirable. · **Multimedia and Video Production:** **Intermediate proficiency** in **video editing software** (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) and basic knowledge of *Motion Graphics* are required to create videos optimized for digital platforms and social media (*Reels*, TikTok). **Education:** · Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
