




Job Summary: Manages production projects from inception to completion, coordinating workshops, materials, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries, satisfying customers and achieving objectives. Ensure final product quality and customer satisfaction **Purpose of the Position** Manage production projects from inception to completion, ensuring proper planning, coordination, and supervision of workshops, materials, suppliers, and logistics. Administer budgets in Macrosap, control overtime hours, and justify expenses with supporting documentation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, with quality, and within budget, meeting company objectives and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive projects assigned by the Producer Supervisor. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production stages. * Develop work schedules and track progress. * Coordinate human, material, and financial resources for each project. * Timely load and manage budgets in Macrosap. * Generate purchase orders in Macrosap as required for externally managed suppliers handled directly. * Justify all project expenses using receipts and invoices. * Control and report overtime hours generated during projects. * Supervise progress in internal workshops and track incidents. * Review renders and verify alignment with customer requirements. * Conduct on-site scouting at assembly locations to anticipate technical and logistical needs. * Coordinate with the Logistics Department for assembly and deliveries. * Negotiate with suppliers and monitor input quality. * Verify quality control at each production stage. * Offer customers alternative production solutions and project improvements. * Maintain constant communication with the Producer Supervisor, customers, and involved internal departments. * Resolve technical, scheduling, or resource issues arising during execution. * Deliver progress, incident, and results reports. * Assume decision-making responsibility for assigned projects and their consequences. * Ensure final product quality and customer satisfaction. **Position Profile** * **Academic Background:** Technical or university degree in Production, Industrial Design, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in production project management, logistics, or workshop coordination; production experience in display projects, BTL activations, and assemblies.
