Candidates must possess an analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Responsibilities * Extract, clean, and validate databases (Excel/CSV and other sources). * Analyze data to generate weekly and monthly reports (KPIs). * Develop and maintain **Power BI dashboards** (data modeling, basic/intermediate DAX, visualizations). * Automate reports and processes using **Python** (pandas, file handling, scripting). * Create metrics, track results, and identify trends/deviations. * Present findings to department leaders with clear recommendations. * Document data sources, metrics, and processes to ensure consistency. Requirements * **Advanced Excel:** PivotTables, formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS), database management, charts. (Power Query preferred) * **Intermediate Python:** pandas, numpy; report automation. * **Power BI:** dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX measures (preferred). * Experience in data analysis (1+ year preferred). * Results-oriented, detail-focused, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications * SQL (basic/intermediate queries). * Experience in operations/sales/marketing/finance processes. * Strong documentation practices and report control.
