The mission of **StenTech** is to provide our customers with unparalleled customer service, technical expertise, exceptional quality, and on-time delivery, supported by a wide range of products meeting their surface mount technology (SMT) requirements. ***Job Description*** As a CNC Operator Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products within standard timeframes by following precise design instructions and your supervisor’s guidance, performing autonomous maintenance of machines and tools, and complying with quality specifications and standards. You will work closely with Production Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and Design teams to achieve objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop competencies such as teamwork, adherence to standards, service orientation, and problem-solving skills, among others. ***Candidate Requirements:*** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of characteristics of ferrous and non-ferrous materials for machining, as well as cutters and tooling for CNC.
