Negotiation and closing of seasonal plans An agricultural company is seeking to fill the position of **Senior Agricultural Sales Representative (technical experience in bio-inputs preferred)** for the **Morelos** region. Do you have \+7 years of experience as a sales representative in the agricultural sector — preferably in bio-inputs — and possess technical knowledge of crop protection for regional crops? Do you hold a degree in Agricultural Engineering? Are you familiar with the work region, its agricultural market, its crops, and key local agricultural producers/distributors? Do you hold a valid driver's license, operate a standard vehicle, and have availability for field travel/extended stays? Then this vacancy is for you! The person in this role will be responsible for managing and developing the existing customer portfolio, as well as acquiring new prospects within the territory. Responsibilities include conducting demonstrations, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating and closing seasonal plans. **Work Region:** Morelos **Residence Region:** Any municipality in Morelos Experience / Requirements: * Agricultural Engineer or related field (degree mandatory); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems; * \+7 years of experience as a sales representative in the agricultural sector, including at least 3 years in bio-inputs and technical knowledge of crop protection for regional crops; * Familiarity with the work region, its agricultural market, its crops, and key local agricultural producers/distributors; * Availability for field travel/extended stays and a valid driver's license (standard vehicle operation); * Management of high-value key accounts, sales strategies, and portfolio administration; * Management of existing customer portfolios, acquisition of new customers within the assigned territory and product lines; * Conducting demonstrations, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating and closing seasonal plans; * Achieving monthly and annual sales targets; * Staying updated on industry trends, practices, key players, and innovations in the bio-inputs sector; participating in trade shows, conferences, and professional association events to build networks and identify business opportunities; * Maintaining the internal sales forecasting system accurately; * Attending company-mandated trainings and staying updated on product lines; * Identifying business opportunities for other company product lines; * Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, effective interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and results orientation.
