





**Grupo Tecnovidrio** is a company specialized in the development, design, supply, and installation of glass and aluminum for corporate, architectural, and industrial projects. We are growing and invite you to join our team as **PROJECT LEADER**, to continue driving our growth and managing assigned construction sites by overseeing materials, tools, equipment, and field personnel. All this in parallel and without deviation from the corresponding project budget, thereby contributing to the economic activation of our company and the development of our entire workforce. Requirements: · Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction. · Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Word, Project. · Minimum of 5\-7 years of experience in project management or site supervision, preferably in the construction industry, glass manufacturing, façades, or architectural systems. · Proven experience in detailed planning and execution control of projects. · Experience in coordinating technical and operational teams (drafters, designers, site supervisors). Main Responsibilities: · Break down and detail the master project plan provided by the Project Manager, defining specific tasks, assigning concrete resources, and establishing micro\-schedules for their team and on\-site activities. · Lead and supervise the daily work of site personnel assigned to their projects, ensuring alignment across all disciplines and compliance with tasks according to designs and specifications. · Monitor daily and weekly project progress across different fronts, identifying deviations, ensuring quality of deliverables, and correct application of technical designs and specifications. · Proactively coordinate the availability and flow of materials, equipment, and labor required for project execution, in collaboration with Logistics, Procurement, and Administration departments. · Maintain constant, fluid, and effective communication with the Project Manager, client, and internal teams (Commercial, Engineering, Administration) to ensure smooth information flow and prompt resolution of any issues. · Identify and resolve technical, operational, and communication issues arising during project execution, escalating to the Project Manager when project scope is affected, changes occur, or necessary. · Ensure project activities remain within the assigned budget for their components and within the timelines established in the micro\-schedule, controlling direct costs. We Offer: Base salary of 25 to 30 net, commensurate with experience \+ benefits exceeding legal requirements Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 hours and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00 hours.
