On-site REQUIREMENTS: University degree — preferably completed, or currently pursuing graduation. * Information Technology Engineering * Mechatronics Engineering Knowledge/experience with .NET Framework ··24/7 on-call availability for engineers in case of failures or emergencies. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. * Minimum B1 level English proficiency Skills: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or in IT project sales, preferably. * Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) * Familiarity with ITIL and Scrum methodologies * Object-oriented programming * C#, Python, IIS, Angular, JavaScript, HTML * Git * GitFlow * Design patterns * Web programming * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency — REQUIRED * Nighttime on-call phone standby — REQUIRED AVAILABILITY * Ability to perform escalations * Ability to escalate issues to vendors regarding warranty and support matters. * Change control and updates * Documentation updates (manuals, procedures) * Identification of system/business requirements and solutions for client proposals. * Knowledge of on-premises and cloud infrastructure projects * Identification of end-user technical advisory and support needs.
