




Position Summary: Coordinate, manage, and track air cargo shipments to ensure efficient and high-quality service, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial terms. Constant communication with customers, agents, and suppliers **Location:** Guadalajara Airport **Position Objective:** Coordinate, manage, and track air cargo shipments, ensuring adherence to transit times, documentary requirements, customs regulations, and commercial terms agreed upon with the customer, thereby guaranteeing efficient and high-quality service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate bookings with airlines and international agents. * Track import and export air shipments punctually. * Prepare and review operational documentation (HAWB, MAWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, etc.). * Verify compliance with applicable customs regulations and restrictions. * Monitor flights, connections, and potential incidents. * Maintain constant communication with customers, agents, and suppliers. * Manage revalidations, handling operations, and cargo releases. * Report status updates and update internal systems. * Resolve operational incidents (delays, cancellations, weight discrepancies, etc.). * Control operational costs and ensure accurate billing. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, International Relations, or related field. **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in air cargo operations. * Knowledge of import and export processes. * Experience interacting with airlines and freight forwarders. **Technical Knowledge:** * Incoterms. * Air transport documentation (MAWB / HAWB). * Customs procedures. * Proficiency in operational/logistical systems. **Salary:** $15,000 Gross Position Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
