




Knowledge: PC and Microsoft Office software handling, internet, RECO, basic foreign trade knowledge, basic knowledge of Customs Law. Import and export knowledge, customs entry form completion, consolidated customs entries, general foreign trade rules, non-tariff regulations and restrictions, LIGIE, IMMEX, INCOTERMS, certificates of origin, compliance with NOMs for import and export, classification and handling of hazardous goods, air cargo security, temporary operations, calculation of taxes, contributions and duties related to foreign trade, tariff regulations and restrictions, service quality, threats, supply chain security in logistics processes, and information security. Activities to perform: * Receive and/or request shipment documentation from customers or the corporate office to carry out customs clearance. * Assign an operation reference number, register it in the RECO system, open a physical file, and digitize documents. * Request revalidation charges (Air traffic only). * Receive the pre-clearance result report and inform the customer of the pre-clearance result. * Prepare customs entry proforma, generate COVE, e-documents, and prepare the customs entry in SIR. * Submit the customs entry for pre-validation, validation, and payment. * Send the customs entry proforma to the customer for review. * Perform import withdrawal, when applicable. * Verify compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions applicable to the goods. * Correct the customs entry proforma, when applicable. * Request advance payment for freight and handling charges, and pay handling charges (Maritime and air traffic). * Inform the customer of the amount to be debited from their PECA account via email or customs entry proforma. * Coordinate transportation arrival and goods delivery. * Confirm with the customer the demurrage calculation and request payment authorization (Maritime traffic only). * Deliver the file together with the operation expense receipts to the office accountant (applies to maritime and air traffic). * Notify the customer and corporate regarding shipment status. * Carry out activities corresponding to applicable Quality Management System procedures. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Required experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in traffic operations, logistics, or transportation coordination. **We Offer:** * COMPETITIVE SALARY * STATUTORY BENEFITS * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If interested, please send your CV to any of the following emails: **°reclutamiento@prida.com.mx** **°becaria.rh@prida.com.mx** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
