Inventory Preparation and Updates Traffic Assistant (Foreign Trade) JR Job Description At EMM, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Assistant to join our operations team. Your primary objective will be to track and support the processing of import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the company’s internal procedures. What will be your main responsibilities? Data Management: Control, handle, and input information into "Data Stage" reports for our clients. Documentation and Filing: Provide support in reviewing customs declarations, value declarations, and spreadsheets. Ensure physical and electronic filing of files according to Articles 59 and 162 of the Customs Law. Logistics: Manage warehousing and distribution operations, as well as timely tracking of air waybills and courier services. Customer Service: Track customer requests and report the status of goods in transit. Inventory: Prepare and maintain updated inventories of samples, imports, and exports for both EMM and its customers. Compliance: Request SAT compliance opinions and product safety data sheets to determine tariff classifications. Required Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in similar positions. Technical Knowledge: Document handling and filing (Advanced level). Import/export procedures and customs legislation (Intermediate level). Languages: Intermediate English (50%). Tools: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred age: 20–30 years.
