Logistics service tracking and calendar management **A leading international logistics and transportation company is seeking a Sales Support (Freight Forwarder).** **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, etc. (Degree holder). · Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service within the freight forwarding industry. · Knowledge of Incoterms. · Knowledge of logistics services. · Intermediate-to-advanced English **Responsibilities:** · Provide sales department support in preparing and sending quotations to existing and prospective customers. · Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. · Manage commercial CRMs for lead and prospect capture and follow-up, preferably Cargo Wise. · Assist the operations department in tracking services provided to each customer. · Manage the commercial team’s appointment schedule and pending tasks. · Respond to and follow up on inquiries from prospects or customers via phone or email to ensure proper service delivery. · Perform administrative tasks related to the department. **We Offer:** · Salary: $15,000 to $18,000 MXN gross per month. · Statutory benefits. · Enhanced benefits (4% savings fund, food vouchers, 15-day bonus in the first year and an additional 15 days’ compensation starting from the second year, etc.) **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Flexible schedule and availability on some weekends.** **If interested, please apply through this channel.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site
